Function: This ice bath has not worked since day one. The unit shuts off every 20–30 seconds with a P02 error code, making it unusable. Customer support told me I needed to take the tub apart, remove the condenser, and cut out internal foam to try to fix it myself. I asked for a replacement and they refused. I should not have to rebuild a brand-new product. Do not buy!

The issue is minor and fully repairable — in rare cases, insulation foam may expand under high temperature and restrict airflow, triggering an overheat alert. The simple fix is to remove some of foam behind the chiller.
To assist you, we offered two fair options:
1.$150 service compensation for local repair, or
2.Return and refund under safe packaging, with return freight covered by you, since the product is repairable and not eligible for a manufacturer-paid return.
As manufacturer, we’ve fully taken our responsibility. But as a distributor, you also share the service duties and risks that come with your profits. Long-term cooperation must be based on fairness and shared responsibility.
